EXCELLENT START WITH LESS FEED AND LESS WORK.
Automatic fresh feed supply.
  • The special Roxell feed windoes and the high pann cone allow a fast, automatic filling of the pans, without overfilling. From the very first moment, turkey poults are supplied with plenty of fresh feed, spread all over the pan surface. The striking Multimax colour combination immediately attracts their attention.

    Safe for day-old poults
  • Thanks to the open pan concept, poults can easily get in and out of the pan. It also respects the natural eating habits of turkey poults. The smoothly finished supports prevent any injuries.

    Feed savings from the start
  • The pan supports and the feed saver rim constitute one unit. This prevents the poults from working feed out of the pan. Because manual refills are no longer needed and fewer extra feeding places are to be provided, feed and labour costs are further reduced.

  • After the starting period, the lines are winched up, either manually or automatically. All feed windows are automatically shut down. The feed now enters the pan from the bottom of the feed level tube. The pan still remains in the litter for a couple of days, in order to allow easy feed access.

    Considerable feed savings
  • Your birds will now eat nicely from the edge. The anti-waste wings, the rill and the freed saver rim reduce feed waste. The Multimax pan is of an exclusive W-shape with built-in feed trough. Your animals will eat in a comfortable way and without spilling, from a low feed level pan.

    Simple feed level control
  • By means of a convenient, multi-setting adjustment ring you can set the feed level very accurately. This allows an ideal control on feed consumption.

    Fine conditions for uniform growth
  • The distribution of fresh, undamaged feed is effected with a capacity of 400 kgs/hour. The anti-waste wings divide the pan in seperate feeding spaces. This way, each bird has equal chances.

    Excellent slaughter quality
  • The pan is free-rotating and self-levelling. This way, bird injuries are avoided. The anti-perch wire immediately puts the pan back into horizontal position and keeps on levelling the feed time after time. Also the careful support finishing and the open pan concept contribute to an optimum slaughter quality.

    IDEAL FOR FINISHING TURKEY HENS.
    Unique anti-waste collar
  • For inishing turkey hens, as from +6 weeks, you can provide each pan with an anti-waste collar, which is simple and easy to install. It considerabley incereases the distance between the edge and the feed trough. Any left-overs fall back into the pan.

    AFTER EACH COP, A CLEAN INSTALLATION IN NO TIME.
  • Multimax is easy to clean with a high-pressure cleaner. The pans can be delivered with hinges so that they can drip dry by themselves.
    For a thorough cleaning, you can easily take the pans off the tube or entirely disassemble them. The Multimax -pan includes only 5 or 6 (anti-waste collar) parts.
